The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee. A copy of the executed contract is required in order
to calculate a plan review charge. If the executed contract is not submitted; we reserve the right to calculate the
plan review fee based on past permit activity levels. Should calculated charges, exceed the documented
construction value when the executed contract is submitted, credit will be applied to your permit fees when the
permit is released.

Robin,
Here is the updated estimate with the exact number of fixtures needed with pricing broken out so you can
compare fixture prices with their option. I increased my labor number to cover the extra fixtures. The
difference between the total number this week vs. last week is due to the extra fixtures (155 vs, 140).
Their estimate for fixtures and bulbs is $7,680, however it would be $7,488 if they reduced their total
fixtures from 80 to the 78 required for the job. If you need me to adjust something so you can hit your
margin let me know and 1 will see what I can do since I think you had entered $14,000 last week.
