This letter shall serve as authorization for Deirdre Pittman, DMD or her agent t to pull permits and -
install signage on the property in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications for Deirdre
Pittman, DMD located at 205 South Hwy. 17-92, Suite 205, Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, 32771.
The tenant is hereby authorized to move forward with permitting however, it is specifically understood
and agreed that my approval of the plans shall not constitute an opinion or agreement that the
improvements described and/or depicted are in compliance with all applicable laws, codes, orders,
ordinances; rules, regulations federal, state, county or municipal authorities having jurisdiction. Be it
understood and agreed that Tenant at the Tenant's sole cost and expense shall be responsible for
compliance with all such laws, codes, orders,, ordinances, rules and regulations, nor shall such approval
impose any present or future liability upon Landlord or constitute or result in a waiver of Landlord's
rights.
This authorization is contingent upon said sign specifications meeting the requirements set forth by all applicable
