Buyer(s) also agree(s) to be solely responsible for damage of any nature to underground obstruc- tions and to indemnify the Company from any liability, which it might incur pursuant to the services involved in the performance of this AGREEMENT. 9) The company will give the buyer an estimated installation date, a firm date will be scheduled once permits and other requirements are met. The buyer understands that installations' schedule is subject to changes due to circumstances both within and beyond the Company's control, including; but not limited to: weather conditions, permits, easement agreements, prior scheduled jobs, etc. Customer assumes full responsibility for obtaining homeowners association approval for the type and location of fence. 10) Customer agrees to clear fence lines of any and all obstructions, including trees, large roots, bushes and debris.
