work or installation has commenced prior to the issuance of a permit and that all work will be performed to
meet standards of all laws regulating construction in this jurisdiction. I understand that a separate permit
must be secured for electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools, furnaces, boilers, heaters, tanks, and
air conditioners, etc.

be done in compliance with all applicable laws regulating construction and zoning.
WARNING TO OWNER: YOUR FAILURE TO RECORD A NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT MAY
RESULT IN YOUR PAYING TWICE FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO YOUR PROPERTY. A NOTICE
OF COMMENCEMENT MUST BE RECORDED AND POSTED ON THE JOB SITE BEFORE THE

NOTICE: In addition to the requirements of this permit, there may be additional restrictions applicable to this
property that may be found in the public records of this county, and there may be additional permits required
from other governmental entities such as water management districts, state agencies, or federal agencies.
Acceptance of permit is verification that I will notify the owner of the property of the requirements of Florida
Lien Law, FS 713.
The City of Sanford requires payment of a plan review fee. A copy of the executed contract is required in order
to calculate a plan review charge. If the executed contract is not submitted, we reserve the right to calculate the
plan review fee based on past permit activity levels. Should calculated charges exceed the documented
construction value when the executed contract is submitted, credit will be applied to your permit fees when the
permit is released.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
1) This proposal becomes a binding AGREEENT between Buyer(s) and Preferred Fence
The Company) when signed below by Buyer(s).
2) It is understood and agreed that the Company is relying upon the prompt and timely
performance of the Buyer(s) of any and all duties and obligations of the Buyer(s) here-
under, including, but not limited to, PAYMENT on the date and in the manner specifically
stated herein, time being of the essence. In the event the Buyer(s) breach(es) this
agreement. The Buyer(s) agree(s) that the Company shall be entitled to any'Court Costs
and reasonable ATTORNEY'S FEES incurred in the enforcement of this agreement, plus
interest on the unpaid balances from the due date in this agreement until payment is
received by the seller at the highest rate interest allowed by law in the State of Florida.
3) This AGREEMENT may not be altered except by the written consent of the parties.
4) By virtue of the improvements made pursuant to this contract upon the subject real
property, the company has the right to file a NOTICE TO OWNER under Section 713.06,
Florida Statutes, and a CLAIM OF LIEN under Section 713.08, Florida Statutes, to
enforce its mechanics lien in the event payment by the Buyer(s) is not made pursuant to
this contract within 7 DAYS of the Final Inspection being approved.
5) Should Buyer(s) cancel the AGREEMENT, Buyer(s) recognize(s) that the Company
has incurred expenses resulting from ordering appropriate supplies and preparing its
performance. If customer cancels prior to the commencement of work customer agrees
that the required. 50% deposit WILL NOT be reimbursed to the customer to cover said
expenses and any damages.
6) The parties agree that upon installation the materials supplied pursuant to this
contract become part of REAL PROPERTY and an IMPROVEMENT thereon.
7) Buyer(s) represent(s) to the Company that he, she or they hold(s) legal title to the
subject real property or is (are) authorized to act as agent(s) for the true owner(s).
8) Buyer(s) is (are) solely responsible for locating and clearing fence lines. Buyer(s)
also agree(s) to be solely responsible for damage of any nature to underground obstruc-
tions and to indemnify the Company from any liability, which it might incur pursuant to
the services involved in the performance of this AGREEMENT.
9) The company will give the buyer an estimated installation date, a firm date will be
scheduled once permits and other requirements are met. The buyer understands that
installations' schedule is subject to changes due to circumstances both within and
beyond the Company's control, including; but not limited to: weather conditions,
permits, easement agreements, prior scheduled jobs, etc. Customer assumes full
responsibility for obtaining homeowners association approval for the type and location
of fence.
10) Customer agrees to clear fence lines of any and all obstructions, including trees,
large roots, bushes and debris. In the event that the fence line is not cleared upon our
installation crew arrival, on the scheduled date Buyer(s) will be charged a trip fee of
250.00 and the job will then be rescheduled for a later date.
11) Buyer(s) understand(s) and acknowledge(s) that there is no warranty on wood fence
materials.
