AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA° SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED EAST
OF OHIO AVENUE AND SOUTH OF PINE OAK DRIVE TO AD
(AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanfords
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanfordo Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
The North 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 170
Township 20 South, Range 31 East° Seminole County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in AD (Agricultural) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February
A.D., 1975.

the front door of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the
25th day of February, 1975.
