AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING AT
THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF
PAOLA ROAD AND RANTOUL LANE TO RC-1 (RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SAN FORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordhnance 'being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Begin 290 feet W of the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of
Section 4, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, thence
run West 700 feet, South 335 feet, East 700 feet,
North 335 feet to the Point of Beginning, Seminole
County, Florida, (Less North 25 feet for roadway)
(4.98 acres),
be and the same is hereby placed in RC-1 (Restricted
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoptiono

Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the llth day of Febru-
ary, 1975.
