graphic layout, the pool plan. is intended to be a representation of the pool to be built and is not intended to represent an "as built' drawing.

existing improvements, soil conditions and other conditions which are beyond the control of A.T. Coyman Pools. All measurements in this
Contract and on the pool plan are approximate and the pool dimensions contained in the Contract may vary from the "as built' neasurements.
4. Extras: If the Owner requests any change or material modification in the scope of the work as contemplated by the general Construction
Specifications requiring additional labor, equipment or materials m A.T. Coyntan Pools, the Owner shall sign a Contract Addendum for said
changes and cost for price quoted and payment must be paid prior to work commencing.
