The proposed 6' white tongue and groove PVC fence at 234 Clydesdale Circle, in a (Planned Development)
PD zoning, as depicted on the enclosed exhibit is allowed based on approval by the homeowners association
and similar variances granted by the City.
The exhibits supplied by you and enclosed herein provide for a side street setback of not less than 10 feet
from the east parcel line along Clydesdale Circle.
The application of the above setbacks shall apply only to the proposed fence. Should the property be
redeveloped in the future, then all applicable area and dimensional requirements (i.e. setbacks) shall apply.
A building permit can be issued for the proposed fence subject to providing all required applications,
documentation and payment of applicable fees.
