9. Sheds below a FEMA Base Flood Elevation shall have all pressure treated lumber and shall have
Hydrostatic vents in the walls of a minimum of 1 sq. ft per each 144 sq. ft. of floor area
General Notes and Specifications For Auger Anchors:
1. Building anchors shall be "mobile home° type #30 DH earth anchors manufactured by Style Crest of
Brandon, FL Maximum uplift 2000 lbs. or equivalent
2. Anchoring system to ground per local building code (by dealer).
3. Locate anchors according to Table 4.
4. Anchors shall be placed on the side rails except when shed is placed next to an existing building, in which
case the anchors that should go on the wall next to the building shall be placed on the end wall next to the
existing building
