and right of possession of the merchandise shall remain in Landmark Fence Co. I will no sell, remove or
encumber the same without your written consent, and that upon default of payment yoi may at your
option, take back the fence or affirm the sale and hold me liable for the full unpaid balance Should legal action
be necessary to collect said debt, then an attorney's fee will he assessed. Landmark Fence Co.
is responsible for locating underground cables and utilities. However Landmark Fence Co.
is not responsible for damage to sprinkler lines or any other hidden undergrounc obstruction. Also, property
