RE. H & R Block at Sanford Town Square new signage
Dear Mr. Randy Gentry,
Thank you for the submission of the plans for the exterior signage for H & R Block, to be
located at 1558 French Avenue, Sanford, FL 32771, Sanford Town Square Shopping
Center. I have reviewed the plans the letter of authorization from the owners and find that
they should be consistent with the current signage used at Sanford Town Square
Shopping Center. Consequently, the signage is approved as per the attached plans,
provided the owner is held harmless from the following issues that might arise from the
installation of the signage.
1. Tenant is responsible for all permits and fees arising from the installation of
the signage.
2. Tenant will ensure that all contractors are licensed and bonded.
3. Tenant will ensure Landlord that no liens result from this installation.
4. Tenant will provide copies of all permits and lien releases where necessary.
5. Tenant will ensure that the signage will meet the current code requirements
for the pertinent agencies that have jurisdiction over this property.
6. Tenant will be held responsible for any damages caused to the building
deriving from the installation.
