TO: Russ Gibson COMPANY: City of Sanford PROJECT: Colonial Village at Twin Lakes SUBJECT: Construction Trailer Russ, The intent of the Temporary Use Permit is for placing a construction trailer on site with a temporary construction entrance for the duration of the job, approximately 18 months. Listed below is information I can provide you along with, questions I may need answers for: 1. Trailer- 14' x 60' with water hook-up and holding tank for sewage. In addition, phones and power. 2. If necessary, the trailer area will be fenced in. Lowder Construction may fence in entire property line along Hughey Street. 3. If the location is approved, there will be a curb cut approximately 20' wide. Are there any requirements for the material needed for the temporary road? 4. The approved area for the construction entrance will be repaired back to original when complete. 5. Please see the attached drawing of the approximate location.
