This letter will serve to confirm that my law office is attorney for HERDOR, LLC, owned
by Herbert Kunstadt and Dorothy Kunstadt which purchased the referenced property on
December 28, 2001. A copy of the Title Insurance Commitment marked up through December
28, 2001 is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Pursuant to my representation of HERDOR, LLC and Herbert and Dorothy Kunstadt, this
letter will confirm that Scott Atkins may act as agent for HERDOR, LLC and Herbert and Dorothy
Kunstadt and is authorized to secure a Building Permit for the replacement of the existing roof
at the Village Market Place by Tip Top ,Roofing.

governmental authorities; covenants, declarations, easements, restrictions, and assessments of record;
restrictions and matters appearing on the plat or common to the subdivision; and taxes for the year
2001 and subsequent years.
