Palmetto Avenue. The following details the approved Certificate of Appropriateness: ■ Approved mothballing request with an expiration of April 2007. ■ Installation of new double hung sash windows on the main fagade, built to match existing original windows. ■ Installation of vinyl single hung windows on rear addition, per approved design. Please note: replacement doors must be presented to the Historic Preservation Board for approval prior to installation. The Board's decision was based on a finding that the proposed change to the structure is consistent with the purpose and intent of Schedule S and will not adversely impact the surrounding residential district.
