Director's present were Adrian Hensley, Alan Willis, Tammy Travis and Jennifer Kelley. The meeting was called to order by President Hensley at 6:44 p.m. A quorum was present, which included 21 households (22 people), and six signed proxies. Proof of notice of meeting was given and the minutes of the previous meeting were waived. Adrian gave a report of which projects have been completed throughout the year. John Erskine was absent but a paper copy of the budget was passed out to the members. The homeowners asked what has been spent to date. It was suggested that a report on this be given to the homeowners every three months. Alan Willis handed out a paper outlining landscaping tips for the yards. He addressed each item and took questions. Alan volunteered his phone number 407-323-5913 for anyone having problems with their lawns. Under the report of committees, Alan Willis and Adrian Hensley volunteered to assist Tammy Travis with the Violation Committee on Circle Hill. Marcia McGovern and Ellie Vicente volunteered for Golfside Circle. A discussion was held on the various violations. There were no ARB presentations. Adrian appointed David Kubicki of 134 Circle Hill as Chairman for the inspection of the election. There were no nominations from the floor. Adrian Hensley and John Erskine's names were presented for election. Adrian Hensley received 21 votes, John Erskine received 20 votes, and Marie Pickering received 1 vote. The directors will remain in their same positions for the next year. The meeting was paused at this point so the members could partake of the buffet. It was agreed that Tammy Travis could have Lowe's go ahead with the fencing of the dry pond in Phase I and the repair of the fence in Phase II. Stephanie Smith gave a report on the purchasing of new entrance signs. After some discussion, it was decided that the homeowners present wanted to see a sample of green and gold. When received, those homeowners present will be given another look and will vote on which color they prefer. The cost would be $3,400. Alan Willis agreed to call Seminole County Public Works to see if they would periodically edge along Country Club Road in front of our subdivision. Ellie Vicente asked if the yardmen were spraying for weeds on the pond side. Adrian agreed to check on this.
