Dear Mr. David Sweet:
OnMay May 15, 2007 the Development Review Team recommended approval, this
was granted on May 17, 2007 by the Administrative Official allowing an 8 foot
high concrete wall in the front and street front side yard.
Application of the setbacks shall apply to the proposed 8 foot high concrete wall
only, as depicted in exhibit on file in this office. All proposed construction shall
be permitted and inspected by the Building Division. Should the property be
redeveloped or new construction be considered on the property in the future, then
all applicable area and dimensional requirements (i.e., setbacks) shall apply.
Be on notice that appeals of the above decision may be made to the City
Commission by any person aggrieved or by any officer, board or agency of the
City .including the City Commission within thirty (30) calendar days of the
Administrative Official's action. Appeal applications may be obtained in the
office of the Planning and Community Development. If you choose to file an
appeal, please submit the original and one copy of the Notice of Appeal to the
City Clerk.
