CORPORATE RESOLUTION
By authority of the Mayfair Oaks at Seminole Homeowners Association, the Board of
Directors agrees to authorize the installation of a fence in accordance with City of
Sanford Fencing Guidelines on Tract H by Mayfair Meadows Homeowners Association.
The fence is to be installed from the wooden fence that abuts the homes at the edge of
tract H and runs approximately 98 Linear feet behind the lift station on Tract H and
adjoins the Chain Link fence owned by Westview Baptist Church. Mayfair Meadows
must obtain approval to connect to the Westview Baptist Church fence. Mayfair
Meadows will fund the entire cost of this project including the clean up of debris on
Tract H to accommodate the fence installation.
By installing the fence Mayfair Meadows Homeowners Association agrees to maintain,
and repair this fence for the life of the fence.

Dear Pastor Coffman;
I am contacting you on behalf of the Mayfair Meadows Homeowners Association. We have a common interest in a matter of
property access that has developed over the last several months. Your church has a fence that runs the length of your property
and ends at Tract A (owned by Lindsey Estates) which is behind a Lift Station belonging to the City of Sanford. This Tract is
used currently as a thoroughfare onto Mayfair Meadows property. We have had severe issues with vandalism, criminal
mischief and trespassing and we would like to obtain your approval to help us prevent access through the area.
Our most viable option is to utilize the Tract A Area owned by Lindsey Estates and we have received authorization from the
owner to put a fence up. We would like to know if we could attach the fence to the chain link fence you own that ends at your
property. In addition there is some clean up that will be done in that Tract A area to enable the fence to be placed in the empty
space which Mayfair Meadows will be having done.
It would certainly help us reduce transient traffic and deter future issues of safety. Thank you for your consideration and we
look forward to hearing from you with regard to your decision.
