Installed placement is likely between 26' and 30' from curb (dependent on soil/etc for installers - Actual placement may be a + that distance from the curb, but will not break that minimum distance of 26' to the curb) I have done a preliminary sketch on the survey indicating the approximate location on the survey map provided as closely as I can (not to scale) The providing vendor is Superior Sheds, Inc (Address: 1057 Hwy. 17-92, Longwood, FL 32750 ) and the gazebo itself is a pre -built structure (drawings and specs provided) that will be installed as it is delivered and specified to be able to withstand winds of up to 15C miles per hour. You have applied for a permit under an exemption to that law. The exemption allows you, as the owner of your property, to act as your own contractor with certain restrictions even though you do not have a license.
