must be secured for electrical work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools, furnaces, boilers, heaters, tanks, and
air conditioners, etc.

WARNING TO OWNER: YOUR FAILURE TO RECORD A NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT MAY
