This price is based on visual walk through only. 1. Install blank plates on open electrical boxes. 2. A/C has been removed. Need to install new A/C or remove whip from disconnect and blank off. 3. Rerun wires in attic that have been cut and taken out. This will be done by installing a junction box inside the laundry room near the ceiling and also a junction box in the attic above garage. The extent of how many wires that we may have to redo is not known at this time. We won't know exactly what all we have to rerun or repair until after we do a complete check of all wiring in the home. This will be done on our first day of working on the home. The price may vary depending on the extent of wires damaged in attic. Price does not included drywall repairs, light fixtures, exhaust fans, or appliances. If you have any questions please call me.
