Fence Outlet will assist the customer, upon request, in determining where the fence is to be erected, but under no circumstances does Fence Outlet assume any responsibility concerning property lines or in
any way guarantee their accuracy. 11 property pins cannot be located, it is recommended that the customer have the property surveyed.
Fence outlet will assume the responsibility for locating underground cables and utilities, however, Fence Outlet Is not responsible for any sprinklers or other unmarked buried lines or obiects, Payment is due at the lime of completion of work, and a finance charge of 1 112% per month shall be applied to all accounts not paid in full within 10 days of completion. All material will remain the property of
fence outlet until payment is received in full. Right of access and removal is granted to Fence Outlet in the event of nonpayment per the terms of this contract. The customer agrees to pay all Interest and any
costs incurred in the collection of this debt including reasonable attorney fees.
If the buyer refuses to allow the seller to begin work or complete work already begun, or to accept materials contracted for, Buyer agrees to pay Seller liquidated damages of a sum equal to 33 113% of entire
contract price, plus cost of materials and labor already furnished or in progress.
Customer assumes full responsibility for obtaining homeowners association approval for the type and location of fence.
ACCORDING TO FLORIDA'S CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW (SECIIONS 113.1IM-13.31, FLORIDA STATUTES), THOSE WHO WORK 00 YOUR PROPERTY OR PROUIDE MATERIALS

Wood fence materials are rough mill cut pieces. Wood fence has a tendency to shrink and warp in hot, humid weather and small gaps will appear between boards. Cracks in the wood are a common and
accepted occurrence. Fence Outlet will only guarantee the workmanship on wood fences for one year. "/

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Anderson:
On January 16, 2007 the Development Review Team recommended approval and
conditional approval was granted on February 1, 2007 by the Administrative
Official for a 6 foot high fence in a side street front yard. The conditions that
apply to the fence are as depicted on the exhibit dated February 1,, 2007.
Application of the setbacks shall apply to the proposed accessory structure. All
proposed construction shall be permitted and inspected by the Building Division.
Should the property be redeveloped or new construction be considered on the
property in the future, then all applicable area and dimensional requirements (i.e.,
setbacks) shall apply.
Be on notice that appeals of the above decision may be made to the City
Commission by any person aggrieved or by any officer, board or agency of the
City including the City Commission within thirty (30) calendar days of the
Administrative Official's action. Appeal applications may be obtained in the
office of the Planning and Community Development. If you choose to file an
appeal, please submit the original and one copy of the Notice of Appeal to the
City Clerk.
