Due to various circumstances, the project for the above property had been delayed.
We encountered difficulties -in receiving the money form the mortgage company that was
due to us. Since, our company was not able to float the job anymore, work had to stop
until the proper mortgage inspections occurred, and the money was received. Another
situation that we have encountered and has yet to be resolved is the fact that Liles
Electric, the company working on this project, has not returned any of our calls to
schedule them to complete the job, and have our inspection to continue the next phase in
the project.
At this point, we ask to be granted a three month extension, so that we may continue to
work at the above property and complete our project. We also are asking Liles Electric to
provide us with a letter of release if the company cannot finish their part of the job.
