It has been determined by a septic company that there is a septic tank on
the property. It lies within a couple of feet of the proposed foundation of
the sunroom to be built.
Mary is contacting other septic companies to have the tank abandoned
properly.
I asked her to provide us with two copies of any certification given to her
verifying the tank has been abandoned. The certification needs to be
original. My thinking is that we can provide this certification with the
survey (which shows the tank) and therefore not have to bother Denuzzio
to have it removed from the survey. Check with Judy.
In the interim, please move the job forward.
