I have granted permission for Nelson's Tents and Events (1153 Ocoee -Apopka Road,
Apopka, Fl 32703 - 407-814-7370) to place a 30 a 70 foot tent which will be weighted
orange cones, bike racks and portable toilets at Seminole Towne Center during the dates
of May 1.5 - 22, 2007 to coordinate with Auto Wholesale Direct's (650 Nicolet Avenue,
Winter Park FL 32789 -407-629-9959) tent sale. They will be responsible to provide fire
retardant certificate and all licenses deemed necessary by and to the city of Sanford. .If
you need any additional information, please contact me at the mall office.

Your product will meet the rigid specifications of the California Fire Marshal.
JOHN BOYLE & COMPANY AND DISTRIBUTORS
A site plan is required at time of application submittal. The plan must show parking areas, and location
of tents. For temporary signs or banners, a drawing depicting the size shall be submitted.
Temporary Banners shall be erected in compliance with Chapter 11, Article 11.10 of the Unified
Development Ordinance.
The site occupied by the temporary use shall be left free of debris, litter, or any other evidence of the
temporary use upon completion or removal of the use.
*NOTE: A $30.00 permit fee is required for Tents and `Canopies. No charge for Temporary Signs and
Banners.
