On September 9, 2006, Premier Pools of Central Florida obtained a permit to build a pool at 117
Wilson Bay Court, in the Preserve at Lake Monroe for Miguel Espinosa. Due to a problem with
Mr Espinosa's neighbors, we were unable to obtain access from either side of his property. We
have been on hold with the pool ever since. It now appears that Mr Espinosa has obtained access
from a neighbor and is ready for us to start building his pool. I would greatly appreciate it if we
could get his permit renewed (Permit # 06-3243). If there is any additional information that is
