Core design: Expanded Polystyrene foom core,
with 1.0 to 1.25 Ibs./cu. ft. density.
Panel Gonsfructlan: The panel skin is constructed from a
0.065" nominal fibergloss skin.
The panel face sheets are glued to a wood bottom roil and
LVL top roil do stiles. In the double door application the
noctive door is fitted with an extruded aluminum astrogal
(Endura) of 6063-175 alloy.
Sid lire Construction Panels are sandwich glazed using a two
piece plastic lite frame with mitered and welded or glued
comers. Glazing consist of two 0.125" tempered
panes separated by a 0.50" air space. The lite frames are
wet glazed on the interior and exterior side with Dow Coming
1199 sealant.•
Frame C-Anstruction: The fromes are constructed of finger—jointed
pine jambs measuring 4-9/16" x 1-1/4". The threshold and
head jamb are mortised and butt joined to the side jambs
with one (1) 16CA 7/16" crown x 2" long staple and two (2)
110 x 1-1/2" PFH screws on each side.
