It Is understood and agreed that the Company is relying upon the prompt and tlrnety perfotmance by
the Buyers) of any and all dutleg and obligations of the Buyer(a) of any mind all duties and obligations
of the Buyer(e) hereunder, including, but not limited to, PAYMENT on the date and In the manner speclf-
lcally stated herein, time being of the essence, In the event the Buyor(s) breach(es) this agreement
the Buyer(®) agree(a) that the Company shall bd entilled to any COURT COSTS and reasonable
ATTORNEY'S FEES incurred In the enfon:ement or this agreement, plus interest on the unpaid bal-
ances from the due date in this agreement untll payment Is received by the seller at the highest rate of
interest allowed by law In the State of Florida.
Alteration This AGREEMENT may not be altered except by the written consent of the parties.
