The unit 1601 of the above referenced 4 unit town home has been burned to the extent that the damaged wood interior framing as well as the second floor and roof framing above the existing masonry wall needs to be demolished in order to reconstruct the unit. The new area to be rebuilt is exclusive to the end unit 1601 and the fire wall which separates it from unit 1603. Unit 1605 & 1607 were undamaged by the fire and the only work to occur in these two units is to be considered cosmetic only and not of a structural nature.
