This is a whole house generator system. This system is virtually fully automatic and will supply the home with adequate electricity
maintain ordinary electrical loads on the home. Al circuits in the home will be energized, including Air Conditioners, water heater, lights,
fans, outlets, etc. It may be possible to exceed the electrical capacity of the generator if too many large electrical devices are
simultaneously put into use. Some load management may be required.
Installation includes startup demonstration/instructions.
General:
All work shall be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practice and in compliance with all local & national
electrical code
All work and material installed by Main Line Electrical Contractors, Inc. is guaranteed for one year after installation date
The standby generator comes with a full factory warranty of 4 years from the date of start up
Exclusions:
Replacement of landscaping plants or material damaged from the installation
Re -location of any landscaping materials
Gas line and supply installed and connected by others
Agreement to this installation by any deed restrictions or home/condo association, is the responsibility of the home owner
We propose to furnish material & labor completed in accordance with the above specifications for the sum of:
Total generator installation $8,950.00
Payment to be made as follows:
50% due upon acceptance of the proposal $4,475.00
50% due on the completion of the initial installation $4,475.00
