To Whom It May Concern, Date: 8/14/07 9 I would like to cancel permit # 07-1756, located at _60.1 -Lake lyliiin ia])Make-Minnie Plaza), for the electrical and sign. 4 The circumstance of this request is due to the sign being removed by others before I could get a final inspection on the electrical and sign. The footer portion of the permit was passed on 7/5/07. After installing the sign, the owner wanted the copy area of the sign made larger. We sent him a quote to enlarge the copy area but must have decided to use another contractor. The sign, which is a monument sign, is now gone from the base of the monument along with the signed off paperwork from the city of Sanford. I have the yellow hard card of the permit. Whomever has removed this sign now must get a new permit for the reinstallation of the electric and sign. I do not want this sign under may state license # on this permit. Also the UL# GU952667 will no longer be any good on this sign since it will now be altered from the original state it was at when UL# was installed. I would appreciate this matter being handled as soon as possible.
