The Permit Is Subject To The Following Comments
THE FOLLOWING ARE STANDARD COMMENTS:
NOTICE: In addition to the requirements of the Permit there may be additional restrictions
applicable to this property that may be found in the Public Records of this County
and there may be additional Permits required from other Governmental entities such
as Water Management Districts, State Agencies or Federal Agencies.
1. This approval does not grant permission to violate any applicable Codes.
2. Inspections will not be given unless the Approved Plans and Permit are posted in a
prominent location and protected from the elements until all inspections are complete.
3. Any connections that may be hidden during the installation shall be inspected
prior to covering.
4. Posts of fencing shall have a minimum embedment of 30" and be positioned
inward of the property where applicable (i.e. for wood panel fencing, the slats
attached to the rail would face outward and the posts would be placed inward).
5. If the fence is found to interfere with function and purpose of any easement the
removal and reconstruction of the fence shall be at the owner's expense.
6. Fence is to be placed within your property lines.
7.. If the fence is intended to serve as the required barrier for a swimming pool there
are very specific requirements for the fence, gates and latches. Contact the
Building and Life Safety Department for more information.
8. The Permit shall expire if work has not begun within six months of the date of issuance.
9. All Permits require Final Inspections. Failure to do so may result in permitting privileges
being
revoked as well as charges being filed with the DBPR.
