Park Ave Sanford, FL 32771 Light Weight Metal Roofing To Whom It May Concem: The two story frame dwelling was visually re -inspected on May 31St, 2007 and all repairs required in the May 1St report were found to be more than satisfactory, including the substitution of the Simpson L50 in lieu of A44. Secondly in some cases the Knee braces could not be extended to the nearest load bearing interior wall, therefore the bottom of the legs were secured to a 2x plate resting on the top of the ceiling rafters and connectors and nailing applied, which were previously approved. Lastly, scabs were added to the rafters where ever needed to aid in the construction of the braces and to repair any anomalies in the rafters of the roof system. And, the sheathing nailing using 3" shank, galvanized nails is acceptable. The workmanship of repairs was excellent. X21" C5a - Ke neth W.
