Ms. Henson:
Enclosed you will find a copy of the proposed monument for the Speedway/Sunoco project on N.
French Ave., in Sanford. As the information shows this sign will have an enclosed panel so that no gap
exists between the bottom of the sign and the ground. In addition there will be a planter made of
materials that will match the building as close as possible. This planter will be approximately 2'H x 61 x
2'W and will have low growth shrubs or other plants. This sign will meet all required setbacks and
vision requirements. Thank you so much for your time and assistance in this matter. Don't hesitate to
