Sanford, Fl

Roof: (Awning) will be 13ft. wide x 44ft. long with a 6 inch pitch within
the Oft. span.
The awning is constructed of 3" thick insulated panels sandwiched
by heavy guage white aluminum that is slightly textured
Because of the slight pitch (1/2" per foot) and the facia trim,
(6" wide bronze aluminum), the roof will appear as a flat roof. The
original structure has the same pitch.
Columns:
There will be 4 support columns which are 4"x4" aluminum posts
(smooth, dark bronze). They will be set one foot in from the edges of
the awning.
The column base will be built out a bit and laminated with hand -made
colored 6"x6" tiles (in theme of the front of the building).
Cement Pad:
Under the awning will be a 42ft.x 12ft. cement pad (built to code).
