AN ORDINANCE OF TI~]~ CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SA'ID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN PROP-
ERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND
EAST OF U. S. 17-92 TO GC-2 (COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT,
AND REMAINING PORTION OF THE PROPERTY TO MR-2
(MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION lo That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of San£ord,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry° residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That property described in f~he attached exhibit, designated as
Parcel I,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (Commercial) District.
That property described in the attached exhibit, designated as
Parcel II,
be and the same is hereby placed in MR-2 (Multiple Family
Residential) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

County, Florida. Also the S 56.3 ft of Lot 40 (less the E
109.3 ft) and also beg 949.70 ft S of the NW cot; run E 643.90 ft;
N 256.70 ft; E 855.70 ft; S 470.8 ft; W 1583.40 ft to the E
R/W line of U. S. 17-92; thence N 24.30' E along said R/W 237.06
ft to Beg. All located in Section 11 and 12, Township 20 South,
Range 30 East.

thence Nly 0° 38' E to the Sly R/W line of Airport Boulevard
(Onora Road), thence W 89° 22' to the pt of beg. All of which
lien in Section 12, Township 20 S, Range 30 E, and subject to
survey.

470.8 ft, thence Ely on a line parallel to the Sly R/W line of
Airport Boulevard (Onora Road), for a distance of 625 ft, thence
Nly 0° 38' E to the Sly R/W line of Airport Boulevard (Onora
Road), thence W 89° 22' to the pt of beg. All of which lien
