NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises herein contained and intending to be legally bound, the parties agree as follows. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A. DESCRIPTION OF WORK 1. WORK DESCRIBED: Subcontractor shall, in accordance with the Schedules, furnish and pay for all labor, materials, project administration, supervision, scheduling, plant, equipment, appliances, tools, hoisting, scaffolds, and all other items necessary the perform the work as defined in the Schedules, and will cooperate in scheduling and performing work with Contractor and other subcontractors and shall supervise and direct Subcontractors work and all work incidental thereto ("Work"), namely: PLUMBING. 2. QUALITY OF WORK: Subcontractor warrants that all materials and equipment furnished and incorporated in the Project shall be new, of good quality, free of any faults and defects and in conformity with the Schedules. Subcontractor agrees that Contractor has the authority to reject Work that does not conform to this Agreement and/or the Schedules. 3. SKILLED WORKFORCE: Subcontractor's employees and workers shall be skilled in their trades. If Contractor requests; Subcontractor shall make a reasonable effort to add personnel to its staff at the Project.
