Memorandum of PCS Site Agreement
This memorandum evidences that a lease was made and entered into by written PCS Site Agreement dated March 21, 1997, between Bright
Star Tower & Consulting, Inc., a Florida Corporation ("Owner") and SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation ("SprintCom").
Such Agreement provides in part that Owner teases to SprintCom a certain site ("Site") located at 1201 Albright Road, City of Sanford, County of
Seminole, State of Florida, within the property of Owner which is described in Exhibit A attached hereto, with gwnt oValfrnent for u restricted
rights of access thereto and to electric and telephone facilities for a term of five (5) years commencing on arc 1 , which
term is subject to four (4) additional five (5) year extenslon periods by SprintCom.

4. THE ELECTRICAL PLANS, DETAILS, AND DIAGRAMS SHOWN ON THESE DRAWINGS ARE
DIAGRAMMATIC ONLY. ACTUAL FIELD CONDITIONS AND SITE REQUIREMENTS SHALL
DICTATE THE AMOUNT AND LOCATION OF EQUIPMENT.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. LIQUID TIGHT FLEXIBLE CONDUIT SHALL NOT
EXCEED 30 INCHES. ALL LIQUIDTIGHT FLEXIBLE CONDUIT SHALL BE PLASTIC JACKETED, GALVANIZED
STEEL, ANACONDA SEALTITE TYPE EF FOR GENERAL SERVICE AREAS OR TYPE HC FOR HIGH
TEMPERATURE LOCATIONS.
GROUNDING NOTES:
1. THE SUBCONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPERLY SEQUENCING INSTALLATION AS TO PREVENT ANY
