inspections, the following provides the guidelines for requesting this service.

Fees: Weekend and Holiday, inspections: $48.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Weekday inspections: $48.00 per hour with a 2 -hour minimum for inspections
requested after 5:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m.
In order to obtain an after hours inspection, the following shall be met:
1. The request will be made in writing and brought to the Building Department and fees paid before noon on the
day that the inspection/inspections are needed. If the inspection service is requested for a weekend, the request
and fee will be paid before noon on the Friday preceeding the weekend. The approval from the Building
Official is required prior to requesting the inspection service.
2. The term after hours shall mean that time after 5:00 p.m and prior to 8:00 a.m.
3. Any additional time over two (2) hours will be billed in one- (1) hour increments.
4. Any additional time over four (4) hours will be billed in one- (1) hour increments.
5. If the inspection is already on record for the particular day in question, there must be an emergency reason
given to and approved by the Building Official before any fees are collected.

Wall Covering: Stainless steel panels down 4' from lowest
back of hood along back and right side of hood. An 18 ga
stainless steel barrier is secured and sealed to the left
end of the;.hoot and backwall, thus enclosing the fryers -
Electrical 5 Fire Suppression Systems: To be selected by
owner and covered by separate plans and Permits in compl-
iance with NFP -96 and City of Sanford requirements.
