We hereby propose to furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary to repair the damage
caused by termites. Repair are as follows remove all drywall in damaged areas approximately 8' from
kitchen soffit to over bay window in the dinning room remove the drywall on the ceiling in the same area,
remove and replace the spruss stud- amaged by the termites remove and replace the double top plate on top
of the header over bay window. replace and texture all the drywall in the damaged areas and five small
holes (windows) and remove the wall paper bay window wall no paint or wall paper will be replaced (this
includes the permit and all removal of debris),
All materials is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above work to be performed in according with the
drawings and specifications submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner
for the sum of twelve to seventeen hundred dollars and no cents ($1200.00 to 1700.00)
Payments are to be made as follows,
600.00 deposit
600.00 to $1100.00 on completion
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only on
written order, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon
strikes accidents, or delays beyond our control.
NOTE- this proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
NOTE- there will be a 4 to 6 week start time and one week work time from the signing of this proposal.
NOTE- there will be a 10% collection fee for balances past 30 days from completion of the job.
