Box 1778, Sanford, Florida 32771 ORDINANCE NO. 1191 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA AN~XING TO AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE CORPO~TE A~A OF T~ CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, THE DESCRIBED ~INAFTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIO~ OF C~PTER 73-620, LAWS OF FLORIDA, 1973. W~REAS, there has been filed wi~h the City Clerk of the City of Sanford, FloOds, a petition conta~ing the names of the property owners in the area deathbed hereinafter requesting annexation to the corporate area of the City of Sanford, Florida, and requesting to be included therein; and WHE~AS, the Tax Assessor of Seminole Co~y, Florida having certified that there are three property owners in the area to be a~exed and that the said property owners have signed ~e petition for annexation, and W~REAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida has deemed it in the bes~ interes~ of the City to accept said petition and a~ex said area; NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY T~ PEOPLE OF T~ CITY OF SANFORD, FLO~DA: SECTION 1. That that certain area in Seminole County, Florida, described as follows be and th~ same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Sanford, Florida, pursuant to the ~erms of Chapter 73-620, Laws of Florida, 1973: "SEE EXHIBIT ATTAC~D ~RETO AND ~DE A PART SECTION 2. That upon this ordinance becoming effective, the residents and property owners in the above described annexed area shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges and immunities as are from time to time granted to residents and property owners of the City of Sanford, Florida, and as are further provided in Chapter 73-620, Laws of Florida, 1973, and shall further be subject to the responsibilities of residence or ownership as may be from time to time determined by the governing authority of the City of Sanford, Florida, and the provisions of said Chapter 73-620, Laws of Florida, 1973. SECTION 3, That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of November ' .... e I ~ ~ ~ Sanford, Florida. CERTIFICATE I, H. N.
