Amscot signage that has been approved by LCG Sanford II, LLC at the above referenced location.
I authorize said contractors or authorized agents to sign and notarize permit application(s) for the
installation of signage that is consistent with the attached landlord -approved sign exhibit.
Please note this approval, issued by LCG Sanford I1, LLC does not warrant compliance with the
sign code of the jurisdiction, and LCG Sanford II, LLC will not permit any signs to be installed at
the Shopping Center that do not comply with the lease and the applicable jurisdiction's sign code.
