STRUCTURAL NOTES:
L All construction must be in strict conformance with the 2004 edition of the
Florida building code section Iro09 and all other applicable amendments and
codes. Buildings design is based upon ASCE -1-98 for 120 MPH wind and
applicable gravity dead and live loads.
2_ Concrete shall have a minimum compressive strength of 3000 PSI at 28
days. Unless noted otherwise placement shall be in accordance with AGI 318.
3. All concrete slabs on grade shall be the thickness indicated on the
drawings. Over minimum ro MIl_ Polyenthylene vapor barrier. Such slabs shall be
reiforced with Gyro 1110/10 welded wire (or equal) fabric lapped V at edges
and ends.
4. Fill under concrete slabs shall be clean sand or rock and free of debris
and other deleterious material. Fill shall be compacted to a density of at
least 95io of standard proctor maximum dry density (ASTM D 1557),

6. Maximum spacing of bows (frames) to be 5'-0' o.c.

1, All contractor or subcontractor shall verify all conditions and dimensions a t
the Job site prior to commencing work The contractor shall report all
discrepancies between the drawing and existing conditions to the designer
prior to commencing work
2. All details and sections shown on the drawings are intended
to be typical and shall be construed to apply to any similar
situation elsewhere in the work except where a different detail
is shown.
3. The structure is designed to be self supporting and
stable after the building is complete. It is the contractor's sole
responsibility to determine erection procedures and sequence
to ensure safety of the building and its components during
erection_ this includes the addition of necessary shoring,
sheeting, temporary, bracing, guys or tie downs.
4. Structure designed to rest on soil, new or existing concrete
slab (if avaiiiable) is capable of supporting building loads.
