total gross floor area of approximately square feet
of The Village Marketplace of Lake Mary, located upon the
following described real property located in Seminole
County, Florida:
A portion of hots 23 and 24 and the Southwesterly 45.00 feet of Lot "A"
as shown an the Plat of "Lake Minnie Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 6,
Page 92 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida;, less the
Northeasterly 20.00 feet of said Lots 23 and 24 for,r;ight--of-way of
Lake Mary Boulevard and being more particularly Ae`scribed as follows:
Commence at the Northwesterly corner of Lot "A" of the aforesaid plat;
thence S. 25"47'00 W. (bearings based on the centerline of State Road 15
and 600 as shown on the Florida State Department of Transportation

thence S..69°42'05" W. for 380.39 feet to the Southwesterly line of the

for 141.97 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 23; thence
