It should be noted that there is an existing utility
easement located under the proposed parking lot. There
are no existing utilities within the easement; but, the
owner should be made aware that, should any be added, he
is responsible for the replacement of the parking area.
It is also noted that no paving is s.hown.on the
proposed site plan.
Water and sewer are available in the area; and the
drainage, though not shown.on the site plan, should be
channeled toward the south, so it can be picked up within
the street right-of-way.

respects.
Attention should be given to information supplied by
City Engineer.
