Final billing will be based on actual footage of fencing erected. Payment is due at the time of completion of work, and a finance charge of 1 1/2% per month shall be applied to allaccountsnotpaidinfullwithin10daysofcompletion. All material will remain the property of Fence Outlet until payment is received in full. Right of access and removal is granted toFenceOutletintheeventofnonpaymentperthetermsofthiscontract.
