Maximum Overall Size: 53" X 77' Usable Configurations: 1/1 CITY OF WORD General Description: Window is a tilt double hung vinyl prime window. Maximum sash size is 50-1/4" x 36-7/8"_ laazing- is` nominal 7/8" O.A. insulating glass units, consisting of two pcs. 1/8" thick annealed glass with a 5/8" air space between. Glazing is secured to sash with a dual durometer vinyl glazing bead. Two strips of center fin weather-strip is employed in each sash vertical stiles. One strip of center fm weather-strip is employed in sash horizontal rails. One strip of bulb vinyl weather-strip is employed in frame head and sash bottom rail. Exterior weep slots are 1-1/2" x 1/4" in size and located 2-3/4" from each end of frame sill. One metal cam -type sweep lock is located approximately 12" from each end of the sash locking rail. Metal keepers are located on exterior meeting rail at lock positions. A tilt lock is also located at each end of top sash top rail and bottom sash meeting rail. A spring loaded plastic security stop located on top sash stiles at approximately 3-1/8" from meeting rail. C) In concrete or masonry substrate, where a non-structural one by wood buck is employed, use 3/16" diameter Rawl Tapper, or approved equal, spacing same as stated in installation paragraph `B" above. Anchor must be of sufficient length to achieve minimum 1-1/4" embedment into the masonry or concrete. Anchors must extend through wood sub -buck & provide full embedment into masonry. USE 1. Approved for use where required loads do not exceed the design pressure ratings listed above, including but not limited to the Florida Building Code, wind zones of 150 MHP or less, the Standard Building Code, wind zones of 110 MPH or less, and where the pressure requirements are determined by ASCE 7 Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other.
