DELAYS, ETC. Purchaser hereby acknowledges that Contractor may be subject to delays occasioned by inclement weather and material supply shortages which are beyond the control of the Contractor and the Purchaser hereby accepts the delays occasioned by one or all of these circumstances in the installation of his roof. Purchaser further agrees to pay to the Contractor an amount equal to 10% of the total contract price should the Purchaser cancel this contract for any reason prior to the initiation of work on Purchaser's roof. 6. A N C construction, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to driveway due to hauling. 7. Any unforeseen double roofs (double tear off) not noted in this contract will be at an additional. charge. 8. Purchaser must contact A N C construction, Inc. in regards to any leaks within 24 hours. 9. In no event shall the contractors obligation over the life of this warranty exceed the price paid for the roof. WARRANTY 1. The fiberglass shingles will.carry a year manufacturers warranty. 2. The modified bitumen system will carry a -1 --year manufacturers warranty. 3. The file system will cant' a__year manufacturers warranty. 4.
