I, Jasper T. Bowling, President of All Tite Roofing, Inc., do confer limited power of
attorney on July 30, 2003 to Jamie D. Bowling as the true and lawful attorney for me
and in my name, place and stead, and for my use and benefit regarding:
Permitting, authorized to obtain permits for roofing jobs
Said attorney-in-fact shall not be limited or restricted by the foregoing specifications of
the situation. The rights, powers and authority of said attorney-in-fact granted in this
instrument shall commence and be in full force and effect on July 30, 2003 and such
rights, powers and authority shall remain in full force and effect thereafter until 1, Jasper
T. Bowling, give notice in writing that such power is terminated. This Power of Attorney
conferred upon the aforementioned shall not be affected by any subsequent disability or
incapacity that may befall me.
FURTHERMORE, upon a finding of incompetence by a court of appropriate jurisdiction,
this Power of Attorney shall be irrevocable until such time as said court determines that

legal resident of Seminole County, State of Florida, hereby make,
constitute and appoint my son, Charles W. Lansing, or if he shall be
deceased or incompetent, my daughter-in-law, Mariann S. Lansing, as
my true and lawful attorney to act in, manage and conduct fll my
estate and all my affairs, and for that purpose and in my name, place
and stead, and for my use and benefit, and as my act and deed, to do
and execute and to concur with persons jointly interested with myself
therein and the doing or executing set forth as follows:
To buy, receive, lease, accept or otherwise acquire; to sell,
convey, mortgage, hypothecate, pledge, quit -claim, or otherwise
dispose of or encumber; to contract or agree .for the acquisition,
disposal or encumbrance of; any property whatsoever and

counsel, employees, clerks and servants, and to appoint and remove at
pleasure any substitute for, or agent in respect to, all or any of the
matters or things herein mentioned, or in which I may have an
interest;
FURTHER, to act as my attorney or proxy in respect to any
stocks, stock powers, shares, bonds, investments, rights or interests I
now have or may be in possession of hereafter;
FURTHER, to act as my attorney in fact or proxy with respect to
any policy of insurance that I may own on my life, or of any other type,
and in such capacity, to exercise any rights, privileges or options which
I may have thereunder or pertaining thereto, including the right to
change beneficiaries, the right to change the method of payment of
insurance proceeds an the right to make a cash surrender of the policy
or policies as distinguished from a surrender of the policy for loan
conversion or other such purposes as may be provided therein;
FURTHER, to file or process claims for any medical bills with all
insurance companies through which I have coverage, including but not
limited to Medicare and Medicaid, and to receive from such insurance
companies information obtained in the adjudication of any claim in
regard to services furnished to me under Title 18 of the Social Security
Act;

FURTHER, in the absence of a valid designation of health care
surrogate, to sign waivers, consents, authorizations and releases
pertaining to my health care and treatment;
FURTHER, to nominate on my behalf a person (including my
attorney-in-fact) or entity to be appointed by a court of appropriate
jurisdiction as guardian of my person or property, or both, or as
custodian for my property during the pendency of any proceedings to
determine my competency;
FURTHER, to execute federal, state, county, local and any other
income, intangible, tangible, excise, sales, property, gift, generation -
skipping transfer and/or other tax returns and to support and defend
the information contained in such returns at all levels of
administrative, civil and criminal proceedings;
FURTHER, to make gifts of property, be it personal or real, for
Income,, gift and estate tax planning purposes to any persons and/or
charitable organizations qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue Code, as my said attorney should decide; provided,
however, that the amount of any gift made by my said attorney to
himself or herself in any calendar year shall not exceed the amount of
the annual gift tax exclusion per donee then allowed to an individual
by the Internal Revenue Code. It is my intent that any gift made by my
attorney to himself or herself shall be deemed to be exercised tin
conjunction with my desires and my powers for purposes of Section
2041(b)(1)(C) of the Internal Revenue Code;
FURTHER, to exercise the right to allocate any and all
generation -skipping tax exemptions under any federal or state tax law
on my behalf in connection with the making of gifts as provided for
above and to elect gift splitting with respect to gifts make kuring any
period when I am married;
FURTHER, to create, amend and revoke trusts and make
transfers to trusts created by me or by my attorney-in-fact for
purposes of avoiding probate of my estate and/or reducing or
eliminating the potential estate and transfer tax liability of my estate;
and

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act, matter and thing
whatsoever, whether herein specifically mentioned and expressly
granted or not, as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes as I
might or could do myself if I were present.
This power of attorney shall apply to any and all real property
and personal property which I may now own or have an interest in and
any real property and personal property which I may own or have an
interest in after the date hereof.
IT IS MY INTENT in executing this instrument that the power
conferred on my son, Charles W. Lansing, shall be exercisable
commencing with the date hereof, and the power conferred on my
daughter-in-law, Mariann S. Lansing, shall be exercisable commencing
on the date that my son shall be declared mentally incompetent or die,
whichever is the first to occur, notwithstanding any later disability or
incapacity that I may suffer, so that this durable power of attorney
shall not be affected by my disability except as provided by Florida
Statutes.

Any third party to whom this power of attorney is presented may
rely upon an affidavit by my attorney in fact stating that, to the vest of
my attorney in fact's knowledge and belief, this power has not been
revoked and that I am then living. No third party relying on this power
and that affidavit shall be liable for any losses, damages, or, claims
caused by compliance with the action requested by my attorney in fact
unless that third party has actual knowledge of my death or the
revocation of this power.
