Dear Mr. Braceland:
The requirement for 95% soil compaction under the slab for the
Finance Office Building for J.W. Agee drawings is hereby waived.
This requirement should be crossed -out or red -lined in the set
of prints submitted for your approval, since visual inspection
by Mr. Victor M. Fernandez determined that the new slab will be
poured on top of an existing concrete slab, cured and settled.
This letter of waiver should be made a part of and attached to
the said drawings.
