Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Paragraph 3a.. of the above -referenced agreement (the "PBA"), this is to advise
you that the City of Sanford is hereby exercising its option to renew the PBA for an additional
year, through March 3, 2025. We would request that an authorized signatory of Raftelis Financial
Consultants, Inc. acknowledge receipt of this notice, and the City of Sanford's exercise of its
renewal option, by executing this letter as indicated below and returning it at your first opportunity
