AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1VLENDING SECTION 18 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1250 OF
THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA, SAID ORDINANCE
REQUIRING A CITY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE ON
CERTAIN BUSINESSES IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, SAID
A1VnENDiV~ENT AMENDING THE BOND REQUIRE1ViENT AND
THE AMOUNT OF SAID BOND, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 18 of Ordiaance No. 1250 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:
'lSectioa 18. A fee of Tea ($10.00) shall be charged for the
issuance of any Registration Certificate as provided for
herein. In addition to the Registration CeFtificate fee, any
applicant who is undertaking construction or remodeling
shall submit to the Licensing Officer a licensing and permit
compliance bond for the v~oPk ~vhich the applicant is under-
taking in an amount not less than $2,000.00o"
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or pa~ts of ordinances in conflict
herev~ith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 8. That this ordinance shall become effective irnrnediately
upoa its passage and adop%ion.

Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 13th day

Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 14th day of Janu-
ary, 1975.
